From the outset, founders Keith and Anne Cantlie set out to pioneer a new way of working, restoring people to the centre of recruitment and selection processes. In an industry crowded with one-size-fits-all approaches, we specialise in executive and specialist recruitment, managed recruitment as well as a range of other supporting HR and recruitment services.

From an initial team of two, we are now networked across Canberra through established and trusted partnerships, with expertise across the public, private, not for profit and education sectors.
