About the Organisation
The Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council (ANMAC) is a not-for-profit organisation that helps protect the health and safety of the community by establishing high quality standards of nursing and midwifery education, training and assessment. ANMAC is responsible for undertaking the accreditation of Nursing and Midwifery  entry to practice  programs, as well as assessing the skills of nurses and midwives who want to migrate to Australia.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and working collaboratively with other key Executives, the Director Corporate Services will manage a broad range of enabling corporate services including human resources, finance, information management and organisational development, whilst also ensuring provision of strategic advice aligned to achievement of organisational objectives.

This career opportunity is well suited to an experienced corporate services or operations management professional who is a strategic thinker and understands governance and regulatory requirements.

About You
You will be a business outcomes oriented individual who understands operational risk and risk management strategy. Known for your ability to build organisational capability through people and systems, you will also develop and support a workplace environment of teamwork, trust and effective communication.

Recognised as a forward planner with an innovative, strategic outlook, you will be adept in business case assessment and project planning with a strong track record in delivery of outcomes.

Essential Requirements
Previous operations/corporate services management experience, along with tertiary qualifications in business, management, public administration or another relevant field are essential.
