Reporting to the Associate Vice President – Campus Estate, you will lead the Campus Planning and Project Delivery Teams to develop and deliver capital projects and provide high level strategic planning services that will be distinctive by design and deliver the University’s vision of an educated life!

To be successful in this role you will be a proven executive who has the demonstrated ability to lead a team of client centric specialists, engaging and working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. You will be known for your extensive knowledge and experience in the planning and delivery of large infrastructure, commercial, and/or residential developments, working within matrix organisational structures along with representing your organisation to build strong commercial relationships.

You will hold relevant qualifications in areas such as Urban Planning, Engineering, Construction Management and /or related disciplines with professional experience working at a senior level. You will have experience in – or at least a detailed understanding of – the planning environment of the ACT.
