Recruitment Support Officer

Working as part of our insourced recruitment team you will provide key recruitment support to our valued client. Working alongside experienced team members and collaborating with HR Business Partners you will deliver end to end recruitment support for this specialist organisation.

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated recruitment experience, be a self-starter who thrives on working independently and as part of a small team. You will be known for being organised with a strong eye for detail, as well as your ability to maintain quality records utilising a customer relationship management (CRM) database through your tech savvy ability.

Duties include:

  • Customer Service (clients and applicants) including:
    • Answering telephone enquiries
    • Responding to email enquiries
  • Job advertisement placement and management
  • Interview scheduling/coordination
  • Supporting the shortlisting of applications
  • Supporting the co-ordination and preparation of employment contracts
  • Conducting reference checks and advising unsuccessful applicants
  • Entering and maintaining data in the recruitment database
  • Running weekly and monthly status and performance reports

Note: Sales targets are not applicable to this role.
