Design and development of:
- Position descriptions and applicants packs
- Recruitment and attraction strategies
- Candidate assessment and selection processes
Act as your representative in the market
Act as an “Independent Selection Panel Member”:
- Support the development of an interview framework and questions
- Provide independent advice on applicant shortlisting and provide applicant screening ( face to face or phone)
- Attend applicant interviews as a panel member
Provide market advice in relation to remuneration packages.
Undertake reference checking on behalf of the panel and support the development of a selection report outlining assessment and observations.
